Need a designer to create flash tutorials for me

I need some one who can make make action scripts in flash most of which would be games .The requirement is to code a game and then explain as how the game is made in 3-4 pages .The code would be provided in my site as a free download for whoever wants to use it .

I would want about 5-6 action scripts for in a week for couple of weeks from now.
