I need a designer from a 3rd world country [no offense to anyone]. Logo needs to be designed[copied with slight changes] and integration with the header chosen by me, needs to be taken care of. 90% of the creative aspect has been taken care of [just need to explain it to the chosen designer]. The work being requested is very specific and just needs to be recreated appropriately. The rate being offered is US$5.01, no negotiations [if you can not/do not want to work at this rate, please do not bother to reply]. To be completed - within a day of being allotted the job.

I actually clicked on your post because I was offended by the title (even though you said not to be). I live in America, but if you consider India to be "third world" despite it's rapid pace of development, then my heritage is "third world". Yet, I live in a community that has a high unemployment rate and some of my neighbors may have likely taken your job for $5.01. If you are just looking for a designer that will work cheap, it would be appreciated by socially conscious Indians, such as myself, if you did not generalize an entire country's talent as "cheap" - in addition to the "cheap workers" that India seems to be known for, there are also very expensive design firms in India (that are likely not on DP hustling for work) and they produce creatives that can be placed right alongside the work of America's top agencies. I am sure you genuinely did not mean to offend anyone with the statement, however your intent does not necessarily guide the result (ie. a drunk driver may not have intended to ram into a car full of kids) ... I would humbly request that you consider these feelings when you craft your future ads ... not that you have to ... I believe in Free Speech too
