Given the whole sponsored themes blowup on themes.wordpress.net, I decided to build a place where sponsored themes are welcomed. I had a programmer basically copy the functionality of themes.wordpress.net, but I don't want to copy their design. I need something different. I need a logo, site design for 3-4 pages including front page, submission page, and individual theme page. I would prefer someone that can do the PSD and then integrate it with the PHP code as well.
