I need a designer to work with existing clients on designing logos, business cards and building websites. This designer will work exclusively with my clients through email. I will send you the initial email introducing you to the client and you will then go over the logo and website requirements with the client. You will provide them with a company logo according to their requests and you will provide them with a business card design as well. You will also be required to provide them with a functioning, attractive website incorporating your designed logo. This website will be 4-5 pages total. You will not need to do any ecommerce websites, just basic websites, they must look good but they will can be simple. No pre-made templates, each website must be designed by you. For each completed package (logo, business card and 4-5 page website) you will be paid $185-$200. If you are interested send me a PM with links to a portfolio. Let me know how many packages a week you would be able to do. I can't promise a certain number of jobs right away until I see how fast you can work and the quality of your work. Eventually I will need someone that can do at least 2-3 jobs a week. You might be working on more than 3 at any given time but I need you to be able to complete 2-3 a week. I need a designer that will be able to communicate comfortably with English speaking clients. I will pay you a portion of each job as you finish milestones (a % once the client is happy with the logo, a % with the business card and a % once the website is designed and a % once the website is uploaded). You will be required to keep me up to date on each of your clients that you are working with. Nothing detailed, just send me emails every 3 days letting me know what milestone you are one with each client and samples of the work you have done. If you have any other questions ask them in the PM including a link to your portfolio. Please, no posts saying how ridiculous this is and how a good designer should be paid $xxx (of $x,xxx) per design. I am not trying to give the opinion that designers are not worth paying, I know they are, this is just all the budget that I have to pay and it is a great way for a newer designer to build up their portfolio. I really would like this post to serve it's purpose in finding some good candidates for this job, not start a discussion about the value of the craft.
