Need a Designer for a Simple Site (HTML + Graphics)

Hi,

I need a designer for a complete turn key project (HTML + graphic design) for
a small and simple static site.

It's a site that reviews 5 online stores.

The site contains:
- Homepage
- 5 'store review' pages (same template for all).
- 'About Us' page
- 'Links' page.
- 'Contact Us' page (no form needed)

Graphics
I'll need a graphic header, 2 small buttons ('Read Review' & 'Visit Site) and some general graphics that will make the site look nice.

As you can see it's all very simple stuff.
The site should have a simple & clean design, good eye catching header and that's basically it.

I'll take offers only from designers which master both the design and the coding parts.
Please don't send any 'design only' offers.
I need it all.
