Design is simple, contains header, navigation, content body and footer. An expert coder can code it in 15-30 minutes I believe. As usual cheapest quote and highest quality will win. I want tableless XHTML/CSS code but if you can do good table html/css code and price is dirt cheap than I would give you the project. Budget is low, so maybe someone free would like to go code it right away. Code should be latest browsers compatible, fast loading, and w3c validated with all the standards people follow. Thanks

I used to think the same and tried the same a couple of times but overall I noticed the outcome of using this method, where you ask for interested people to PM works nicely. As only highly interested people contacts you and you can see their skill level. I appreciate your response though, thank you. By the way, freelancerguy is selected and he gave me the finalized work, isn't validating but I think he'll manage it and provide me with final work soon.
