Yes Well, I want to get response within 1-2 hour in case of the site is under attk, hack or hardware failure. Stating 24 hours but most of the time I fail asleep at midnight until morning like others so I probably wont disturb you at midnight or something unless I am still awake or you are unlucky..xD

Great deal. I may go for ServerCp for free since It has basically all the same function like Cpanel. However, somehow I couldn't find PHPmyadmin on serverCP
phpmyadmin can be installed from servercp control panel once you receive it however you need to edit servercp files to have it work though..servercp is not stable at initial installation,. but an edit or 2 with files via root will do with namebinding. as for you, i would suggest go for cpanel/whm no hassle with cpanel since they are very stable and come or can setup your hostname etc in 1-2-3 clicks. I use this server for my own site instead of hosting so any Cpanel will do.
