So I recently learned that a former coworker/flat mate is having some severe health problems with their children.

    Details can be found here:

After reading the story I looked for the site to make a donation and it seems they never got it together. Instead of making a donation I was thinking of putting up the site for them.

I am thinking it should be built in WP to make it easier for them to manage, have some spots to make a bit of ad revenue from adsense and also be able to take donations via paypal.

Let me know what you can do and please it would be better if you give me a flat upfront cost instead of quoting me hourly rates or asking what my budget is (I hate that shit).

I can do that for you pretty easy. Does 200$ USD sound fair?

Does 120$ sound better to you?

It's actually a bit high still for a WP layout and you just joined here 2 days ago? My best advice for you is go do a shitton of $5-10 jobs to get your feedback score up. I can't see anyone giving a pricey job to someone who just joined.
