Buying Need a Custom WP theme......

    Ok , I need a theme for my 'psp' site. I am looking for some one who can code something psp-ish .

    The theme does not need to be coded from scratch something existing revised according to my description shall do well too.

    I have a budget of around 40 $ . If interested do let me know.

    What would your navigation system consist of (how many links, if possible could you specify them to improve the quality of the preview)
