Need a custom website script made

I need a custom website script made. I need it to be like craigslist.org except with a web 2.0 design. It needs to be 100% custom-made. I prefer someone with over 5-10 years of experience. The script isn't too complex but at the same time it should be coded perfectly with no mistakes with a database if needed, with a web 2.0 design as mentioned before.
Budget: $300 - $700.
