I need a custom PHP portal built for my new project http://www.thedevnetwork.com. I have a design ready and the main template has been coded in valid XHTML and CSS. Although that is only the main homepage and I need the template to work throughout all pages of the website, including the header to be displayed on the forums. What I need is a portal similar to www.dreamincode.net. Also if you have expertise in vBulletin integration then I need that integrated with the portal as well, sort of like vBadvanced with vBulletin forums. It is not necessary but would be nice.
