Need a custom PHP form to e-mail script written, will pay!

    I don't know PHP, but I have an immediate need to have a PHP script written to make the form on my website able to send e-mail to my e-mail address. I've searched around online but haven't been able to find a script that I can easily customize (with my limited coding knowledge).

    I'm willing to pay a small fee to have a new script, or even an existing script written/modified specifically for my form. You can see the form on the front page of my site, ennergi.biz.
