Buying Need a custom drop down menu done in css, html, jquery

    Hi, I need a drop down menu done in html, css WITH OR WITHOUT jQuery. Without if you can.

    The menu is attached. It is two columns, same height. Hover over the links on the left will show the links on the right column.
    Columns can stretch height-wise to accommodate content.

    On the far right, the menu is slightly different.

    Please let me know time frame and price.
    I need ASAP.
