Need a custom CMS

    I need a custom CMS and template created. It need not be anything fancy, just a 3 column site with room for a header. The middle (content) column and the right column must be editable. Also, the template will have some extras added like article commnet and social bookmarking.

    The CMS itself must be very easy to handle. once the cms and template is completed, the file s will be handed over to me together with instructions.

    Please let mne know if you can do this and the price.

    A custom designed Content Management System can go for thousands of dollars. Not '20' bucks. Not to mention a month of developement and testing. Your better off just trying phpnuke or joomla.

    Then why you say that you need a custom CMS ? By saying that it means you want a Content Management script written (core coded) in a programming language from scratch.

    You better say that you need a template / theme for an existing script
