First day you should post to first 10 cities, next day to other 10 cities. If one of the cities does not work, pick the next one. BASICALLY, I need 10 ads posted every day to these cities, and would like to DIVERSIFY as much as possible, so i don't get any cities missed out. I will pay via PayPal. $1 per every posted ad.
