Need a couple of wordpress sites created with theme functions

    hi guys need a couple of wordpress themes created, i can provide graphics and images,
    just need the theme functions and some coding,

    1.) need a new car site, where we can post inventory, list specs and prices and add images to the site.

    2.) need a car rental website, where we can post cars we have for rental and prices,

    if you think you can provide me with what i need
