How do I find out the url of a category in VM, or the category number, and also how do I find out the url for specials. What's the easiest way of doing this? Thanks for any help.
Hi, Not sure if this answers this specific question, but I have found that VM is pretty good for many things but very bad on seo. you will notice that the urls are just dynamic numbers, and you cant use joomla to generate seo titles or descriptions. If you havent got them already try http://www.daycounts.com/en/shop/virtuemart/search-engine-friendly-urls-for-virtuemart which allows you to auto create urls with words based on your category words, and then use TAG META so you can attach a title and description to every URL page.
