need a countdown timer

i already have a countdown function active, i just want a graphical display


so if someone goes to my page now it redirects in 5 mins, but i want them to be able to see the timer.

anyone have the script ???? my problem is that is must function within a if...else statement to trigger on confirm()

i already tried cool redirect, didn't really like the way it was written... i do like the jquery plug in...

thanks for the responses, i did manage to figure it out on my own...it works in everything but chrome
