Buying Need a content writer/link builder

I need someone to build links to my bodybuilding website. This is not for SEO; it's just for driving traffic.

To start with, I'll pay you USD $0.30 per acceptable link. If the links are good, I'll increase it to USD $0.40.

This is what I want you to do:

1. Join two or three popular bodybuilding forums, make regular posts and leave a link to my site in your signatures. Your posts must be of a decent quality, and your signatures can't include any other links. You have to get involved with the community and make a decent contribution to discussions. Each forum post that includes a link to my site will count as one link. Note that I will own the forum accounts, so you have to give me the login details. That way, if you give up, I can give the job to someone else. Note also that many popular forums don't allow links in signatures, so you have to find ones that do allow them.
   
2. Comment regularly on bodybuilding blogs and link back to my site. You have to make a decent contribution to discussions; otherwise, your links will be deleted by the blog owners.
   
3. Answer bodybuilding-related questions on question and answer sites and link back to my site. Your answers must be of a good standard to get noticed and rated as best answer.
4. Build links to my site in any other way that drives targeted traffic.

In order to receive payment, you have to provide proof of the links that you have built.

You can't use any software or black hat techniques.

The links have to be permanent. They can't be deleted from the blogs after a week because you were spamming. To prevent this, all you have to do is refrain from spamming and make a decent contribution.

The job will obviously suit someone who's interested in bodybuilding, fitness and weight loss.

The job will last at least a couple of months. If I see good results, it could last for years.

I can pay you via PayPal either every two weeks or every month. I can't pay every week, unfortunately.

It doesn't matter what country you're from. All I care about is the quality of your writing.
