Buying Need A Contact Form For A Wordpress Site Asap - $30

    Hi guys,

    I am having trouble getting a contact form to work on the site skinrevival (dot) com (dot) au. I have tried a few plugins but I can'g get it to work.

    Additionally I would like it to be set up to redirect to a thankyou page for tracking purposes.

    I need this done asap so I will remain online and award the project on a first come first serve basis.

    Payment via paypal.
