Need a Complete Sales Page Designed, Coded, and Written

    In the near future I'm going to need a complete sales page for an ebook to be made. I will want the page designed and coded, including graphics, and will need the copy written (a couple thousand words, fake testimonials, etc). The basic necessities of an ebook sale page.

    I'm trying to get an estimate of the total cost for this. Please post or PM your prices for doing this. If you can only do specific parts (such as only the design, not writing) STILL PM ME. I am fine with hiring different people to do different jobs.
