Buying Need A Complete Blog Layout

Here's the deal

I have a blog at: www.ldcarter.com (powered through wordpress)
But I want my blog to look like this: http://www.ktradionetwork.com (I want that same style, but I feel that it could be done better)

Let me explain it a bit. My blog is powered through wordpress, but I want it to look more like a professional blog site. I'm gonna need for it to have a header/banner, a menu w/ categories, sections for ads, latest topics on the front page w/ previews, calendar, etc.
