I'm looking for someone to add a referral network/payment system on to a community script for me. The community script does not need to be your work (can be dolphin, Alicia, any clone, etc). I will need a three-level referral tracking and payment system added to the site with a couple bells and whistles (import myspace/facebook/yahoo contacts, running total of referrals paid, and a couple other small items).
