Need a Coder!

    I need 2 coders.

    1) XHTML and CSS to code this design (very similar, made just a few tiny changes since then mainly in colour and made the bg pattern blend a million times better)

    2) Not Sure :)

    I need a script similar to themes.wordpress.net although it will have additions and changes (I don't just want to be a copy of them)
