I need a WP coder who can code based on wordpress.org standard (not designer, just coding the theme). Standard means the theme must be able to be submitted in wordpress.org. They have their own coding standards so keep that in mind. Also, remember that I won't pay a single cent before the theme is successfully submitted in wordpress.org.
