Need a coder for a link site like KingOfTheBill or Linkexperiment

ok heres the project as needed.

A website with the same sort of functionality of Kingofthebill or linkexperiment, not a rip off of these, just a site that displays links and ill decide the final workings of the site later, i.e. the way that links are shown, the way links a moved, bought by new owner, outbid.


As long as the code is written I can format it correctly and make it look good.

I have a different idea for the site and i cant discuss it openly yet until the site is released, its a newer idea for this sort or advertising.

Requirements:
Database for links bought: (I can make this probably)

Pending database (I can make this probably) / OK'd database.



-Have pending database send to published database for final site

-ok before link hits the site. So porn and gambling links don’t hit the site.

(would need help on this)


Items that would be needed to work.
-Link name
-price
-URL
-date added time added
-email of buyer
-Referral from site,member,
-minimum to get on the board, price for least expensive link + .01 cents to buy out spots.



-Number of links sold today(displayed on main screen)
-Number of links sold this week.(displayed on main screen)

-Number of links sold total(displayed on main screen)

-dollar amount until goal is met.

Link buying system:This is where most of the help is needed)

-Send data to a paypal link to buy link for X amount of money.?? then have link that will accept typed in data to publish

-But then I Need to have that link submit automatically to the site


I'm willing to make a cash offer but I have very little to offer, BUT

Your best option on this might be to accept a % of site sales for a pre-determined time. This site could explode and be one of the next big things. And with 2 people working on it then it might just happen. The more money the site makes the more money you make if that option occurs.

If I dont get any worthwhile offers then I guess ill start coding tomorrow and hope that I get done before xmas. 55 hours a week of work really kills you working in retail. I will be doing advertising for this site alot on my sites and other means, paid advertising.
