Need a CMS / Front Page design / implementation

    Hi Guys,

    I need to get a site or even a template made for a site that will contain:
    1) a frontend, can be CMS based (you would need to make/setup a template)
    2) Froum - using VB
    3) Directory
    4) Other addones will come later.

    The template/site must be able to combine all the components and MOST importantly be good looking. I'm a programmer by trade so I can modify / code any backend/frontend changes later. I however have 0% creativity so that's where you would come in.

    Please let me know what you can do for me.

    NB: DO NOT ask for a budget, once we decide what you would be doing YOU will give me a price for your service.
