    Yeah. This is the reason why I'm using Wordpress most of the time. For Wordpress, there are many minimal, clean and semantic themes. On the other hand, most of the Joomla templates are bloated with useless stuff, stylesheets are usually twice as long as would be needed and they are using too many images which slows down the website, even though half the stuff could be made just with CSS, without images.

    Furthermore, Wordpress, in my opinions, got cleaner and faster core, plus it usually outputs very semantic code, if the theme is coded well.
