LOL @Minimal Hank - You realize forum custom forum designs cost from around $1,000 to $50,000. BUT, that's not always the case.
^99% of the time on forums like DP that is NEVER the case, but $50 is also NEVER the case. I mean unless you find some designer who does low quality work or is desperate for money, but even in the case of desperation, the quality of the work would be horrible.
