Need a Classifieds/Yellow Pages script for local listing

I want a Classifieds/Yellow Pages script for local listing.
It will be better if its a free script.

I never used anythis type of script so i dont know what i should choose.

I want to create a site where local people can list their site (for little charge/not free)
It will be better if it have more features.
