Looking to get a proxy host must have small amount of space no more then 1 GB space and a great amount of bandwith over 1000 GB per month. I am willing to pay 2-3 $ per month .
You'll need to increase your budget to get that much bandwidth otherwise you'll get trapped in one of those "unlimited bandwidth" offers
You will definitely need to up your budget; more like 5x-10x that amount. Shared hosting and proxies do not go together, so you will need at least a VPS.
Your budget is extremelly out of proportion, you will not receive quality hosting for that price. You will need a VPS at the very least in order to ensure that you don't disrupt shared users. Let me know if i can still help you out
you will need a dedicated server if your site is indeed using that much. if you can raise your budget by $2 and decrease your bandwidth to a reasonable shared environment, I can get you hosting from www.KMKhost.com
Okay everyone telling me to get a VPS where should i get this VPS ?? And now i only have one proxy to host Hideplz.com that i recently bought
well 1000GB BW, shared hosting cannot endure that even though its one proxy. whats your current traffic? or recently bought means registered domain or bought a site? Proxy sites as starters do not actually use that much BW and will take time to use that much and you could start out with proxy shraed plans, then to VPS (uncertain) to dedi
It already had traffic since i bought a proxy site site is ranked 555k in alexa rank so i think it does have traffic and should spend good amount of Bandwith. Can you guys point me to a host that has a Good VPS that is cheap i am willing to pay a lot more over my budget .
Man, I have read the full thread You started saying 1-3$ for 1000GB bandwidth (for proxy ?) ok From my experience you need P4 2.8 ghz dedicated server + 2GB RAM to get your 1000GB bandwidth this roughly costs 100$ (without control panel) and 125$ with it. then you decided to move to ask for a VPS ? ok you need at least 512MB RAM with it and I'm still in doubt if you will keep it up or not to reach your 1TB bandwidth. and that would be +50$ i'm not sure for how much will you be able to extend the 3$ to go above your budget in conclusion you really need to reconsider your needs vs budget and if your proxy is not covering the costs then just don't get into it
