Need a cheap designer to design a warez forum

    I don't have a lot of money (40.00) and I need someone that can design a nice but simple design for a smf forum.The link is down below.     i to am interested in something similar, but i am looking to find someone who is good with security when it comes to vbulletin...how much would it cost to hire a webmaster that could protect a warez v bulletin forum
