    Hi there,

I have a list of related email addresses from people signing up to a newsletter. I will pay someone to email them. I will provide the body of the text and the email addresses. PM me prices......

I guess i have about 200 email addresses.....

That is illegal and against the can-spam laws.

All email prospects must have opted in to the information they are to receive.

I dont mean to be funny or to point out the obvious - but read my post - are you dumb? Do not make assumptions before you understand and have read the post fully. Now all you have succeeded in doing is having a good many people that will see this thread question your integrity.

It is blatant all of these people have signed up for my newsletter.......

You said you would provide the emails. Did they know that you would share their emails with a third party?

I don't feel I was being to forward in the least.

If you want to question integrity....

All the information you need is here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.htm

Contracting to a third party hardly constitutes "sharing"
If members of my website wish to receive a newsletter then I or a contractor for me will send them a newsletter. Their info won't be passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Now leave my thread alone please....

Aweber seems to be gaining popularity. Why don't you check it out?

It's paid but at least you're certain that your email is going to be delivered.

You can use a mailing service like aweber or getresponse I user the later and I am quite satisfied with it even though the interface is a bit messy. aweber has a better interface and optimised for your productivity though lacking some features...
You can also install PHPLIST on your server and send your emails for free...

If its only 200 messages why don't you just send 20 at a time by sticking the emails in the BCC field, unless ofcourse you want to do a mailmerge of some sort.

As others have said, signing up to a newsletter service would accomplish this - benchmarkemail is another one you could consider.

Now, what WAS the point of posting the same answer that I gave, several hours after I posted?

I would imagin that if you had a newsletter where they signup to it by submitting their email address then you would have their email address in the database. Why don't you just make a forum that will loop through all of the email addresses. It can easily be done with php and will take about 30 minutes to do if not less.

Not that I will do it, but it's a very easy and basic thing to do if you know php.

One of the best legitimate mailing services is Constant Contact.
