need a book exchange website programmed (PHP)

    I am in need of someone to program and design a book exchange website that I can use for a specific school or for any school.

    I have all the specs, but I need some quotes from people for it. I don't have a huge budget for it, but we can work something out. Please send me quotes of prices for this project.

    I had this done on RentaCoder, but they did a horrible job and the software doesn't work which is why I need it redone

    *BONUS: If you can code it in PHP Fusebox, that is a huge bonus*
