Need a bit of help with a PHP vulnerability

I know there is a security hole on one of my PHP-based websites ( I know which specific one) which was exploited several times to execute processes on my server.
The problem is that my knowledge of PHP is very limited and I can't get in touch with the programmer who worked on that site.
If anyone can be kind enough to take a look at the problem, please PM me and I will send the details. I obviously don't want to post a URL of a vulnerable website in a public forum .

Willing to pay anyone able to fix the problem.
