Need a basic, nice image design ASAP !

    Hi All,

    I need a design made up in the next 30 mins for an article on my site.

    Here are the specs:

    250px W x 240px H

    <EDIT: I meant 260pm Wide>

    A picture of the Football World Cup trophy on top of the Australian flag.

    I require a white border around this at 3 pixels wide.
