need a banner/header for my website 20$ contest

Hi, i own a filehosting service called Filefrog

after moving my service to a dedicated server and starting this more seriously i need a new logo for the page, wich also should match the page layout.

im looking for a 728 * 90 or 817 x 101 banner/header with the following content in it

1: The page name
2: The page slogan
3: A frog

Slogan: hopping from site to site

The winner will be paid $20. The winner will provide the source file and grant me full rights to the design.

All question should be posted here, or to me in PM.

The contest will run until i find someting i like.
