Contest Need a Banner Designed worth 10$

    Hi,

    I am looking for a banner Based on Auto Insurance, I need banner having a sub menu with USA - States and a Submit link. I will provide the states and destination url, The banner should be GIF or JPG no Flash Please.

    How do you plan on adding a drop down menu and url links to a .jpg?

    The only thing i have seen like that is a banner which updates the text.
    Do you want a banner making with a place for the drop down menu ect? Since this isnt done through design, it will need further coding.

    Can't we do that in gif format also, or can you create a html banner?

    The only way you can add html to a banner is through html.

    A gif/jpeg is a pre animated/static banner and wont do anything that isnt avaible in photoshop.
