Need a banner and a header

I need one banner and header for my blog at MannerHealth.com. Check out the site please and see what kind of design will fit.

first up is the banner. I need 300 x 250 in gif format. can be seen right now on mannerhealth's right siddebar at the top.

i need it to read that it "Tips on How to Stay Young and Fit" in big words. And then it should read at the bottom "click here to download the FREE eBook".

I will also send you the ebook cover to include into the banner design.

second is the header. It should have a transparent background and reads " MannerHealth.com" and the sub text line should be "Blog that Makes You Healthier". The size is 520 x 80. i expect this to be simple

now, my rate is supposed is $10 for both of them. rate is negotiable

 

oh yeah. for the banner, one good example can be seen on e-netfinancial.com's sidebar banner.

i will also give away 2 125 x 125 banners for a month to the elected designer on my blog at www.desmondblog.com
