Buying Need a Auto-Fill In Email Form coding / php or java

what i need is somehow having Auto-Fill In Email Form, where i can go to one any site and some how turn on it and it will automatic fill in the info required, name email, address, and comment message

it does not have to submit, i can do the submitting part
