Need a 1 page website designed and coded

    Hello,

    I have a nice small project here. I need a single page website built which will act as an online flyer almost.

    The company does car clamping so not much need for a website hence why the site will not need to be big.

    I will need the site designed and coded in a good CSS format.

    I would like it to be something like this site www.prolock-uk.com nice and simple.

    Dont really want to pay over $140 for it so if anyone can do it for that or cheap that would be nice also.

    Please do not message me if you are based in India or work for a company I do not want to employ people part time or full time. I just want to work 1 on1 with a freelancer.
