Contest Need 300x250 Banners Today -- Multiple Winners

here's my first shot. Hope youl ike it. and like previous time I am open to all rectifications

 

puttu -- the first one looks better now, but was hoping you could do something with the text to make part of it stand out or something. You can edit around the wording of the text I gave you if you can convey the same message with different words. Before I liked how you had the 'world' in a different color. I don't really care for the other designs. The last one is actually kinda cool but wrong color scheme.

Ashish -- I'm trying not to use the website logo in the banners since these banners will be shown on the site itself and it will be a little too excessive to have it showing right below the website header. If you could come up with something else, I'd love to see it.

To everyone else, if you have any designs, please feel free to submit them. Remember, I will buy multiple banners from different people.

What happen to this contest I think CH is not even bother to reply or review our entries, you are requested to review our entries sir

Unfortunately none of these latest designs are really doing it for me. If I do see something that I like in this thread, I will definitely pay for it immediately.
