I will provide you around 10 titles per video so you just spin them a little bit for the other 15 times, also providing descriptions and tags, you just need to open accounts, upload the videos and copy-paste the titles and the descriptions, easy job. I accept only 10 videos per account which means you'll have to open 25 accounts. I don't care how fast you'll do this but DO IT MANUALLY. Deadline - 20.07.2010 so you got plenty of time. Payment of the exact day (20.07.2010) after reviewing the accounts/videos. If you are good, I'll have much more uploading job for you.
