Need 20 million pageviews a month for Overture ads?

    I find it a huge shame for all the little publishers that Overture requires a minimum of 20 million pageviews a month in order to display their ads. Will this ever change?

    alot of sites that want over 20,000 htis a month earn more money and they would probaly think with smaller sites there loosing money thast the way i see it

    I am sure once Yahoo wake upto the fact that they can make money out of it in some way they will chnage their tune - aren't they supposed to be launching an adwords competitor anyway?

    they announced an adsense killer officially this week - we'll see what it can do.

    I do have a membership in the exclusive overture XML partner club, but we got accepted when they were still 'GoTo' and the pageview requirement was MUCH lower.

    they also actively seek partners. they have contacted at least 3 different friends of mine who run directories and the like. many of their partners have less than those numbers. I also think as you scale out in size it becomes far more profitable for them and they may be willing to give greater revenue share.
