Need 2 small projects done.

    1st one is simple, I need a script that takes a list of links or a file containing a list of links in this format

    http://www.xxxxxxx.com/super-man-teddy-bear.html
    and convert those links to the follow format.

    <a href="http://www.xxxxxxx.com/super-man-teddy-bear.html ">Super Man Teddy Bear</a>

    Basically a link converter that converts the link to html format.

    2nd project will be a hack to www.articledashboard.com article directory script.
    I have a article dashboard powered directory and I need to be able to do php include in the script and call another php file from a different web address.
