Need 2 PHP scripts for a Site

    I have a site that needs two PHP scripts.

    1. A small form with three text fields and three check boxes that needs to be emailed to an address once the submit button is hit.

    2. A user registration form, that populates a MySQL database. Once the users are registered with the site they can log in and get access to a single page on the site that has protected data.

    The site in question is being coded for CSS/HTML now and will be ready for the work above in a few days. If you are up for this job please PM me with and estimate, links to other work, and a delivery time.
