Buying Need 2 page money making website designed

I would like to have a website designed similar to the one below:

It will be a different concept but will use the same simple layout.

The design needs to be more attractive than the one at the link above.

Good communication required and also I will be needing more websites designed in the future so if you prove yourself well with this one, we will require you for a lot more jobs.
