usually if he doesn't like the design he doesn't say anything, I hate when the person doesn't respect the designers because he thinks that if they are working on a concept they are slaves...

What's wrong with commenting on others work? I was about to do it until I seen your post. I wanted to tell tomeek I thought his design was pretty cool, not for soccer related maybe but I like the little dude in it. I imagine he worked hard on it, and feedback would only help him. I thought thats what this forum was about.
you know what designX? anyone who open a designing contest thread and doesn't respect the time for the contest (some contests are 48 hours contests then it takes weeks and no winner) or anyone who starts a contest and doesn't respect the designers efforts I think we (the designers) have to affect his reputation.
