Need 2 Headers for Website will pay $30

I need a really eye catching and colorful header that blends with the colors of the site. This is a review type of site that will be designed for this template a sample can be found here. I would like to have this in the next 24 hours if possible.
Both headers can have the same color scheme the only thing that will be different are the titles.
One headers title will be "five star reviews", the other "top ten reviews".
Width needs to be the same but the height can be flexible.

syncord. background isn't bad but that text doesnt work at all..

 

i liked neilparnham's design.. i think the credits for this contest should go to him..
