Buying Need 10-12 banners created in different sizes and formats (animated or static)

Hi,
I need a bunch of "demo" ads created for my advertising site.
The ads are in different sizes and format (peel off, standard image, in image ones etc).
We will provide our own (copyrighted) logo and info if needed of course.
We need the whole set of ads that show at: http://www.phplemon.com/ad_demos.php
(not the text ones of course).

The banners will be used for advertising our website and also for demonstrating our ads selection (same as is done in the above example).

Requirements:
1. Provide a portfolio of previous banners.
2. Commit to a short timeline (a week max).
3. Be able to provide us with an invoice for the service.

We need all the graphics for that demo (i.e. on a peel off you need to make 2 image of 500x500px etc).
